FSA Superfood Banana smoothie

A super simple smoothie for breakfast that will keep you full for longer with flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds (FSA). Give it a try, it's so yummy that even children will love it. 



250ml almond milk (or nut milk of your choice)

2tbsp FSA mix

1 banana (or 100g-150g of any fruit of your choice)

ice cubes (optional)



In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass. Ready to serve.
